Please mail your check for $150 to: Lava Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 238, Lava Hot Springs, ID 83246 or deliver it to Mark Lowe at the Hot Pools at 430 East Main.
By submitting this form, member acknowledges receipt of Chamber policy and agrees to comply with said policy, as well as municipal, State and Federal law, and acknowledges that membership may be terminated if such is not followed. Members will operate their businesses in a manner that reflects positively on the Chamber. The Lava Chamber reserves the right to review any member's Chamber membership and reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at the Chamber's absolute discretion.
